Chronic pain may not improve if only treating the symptoms

Our current medical system is often limited to treating people's symptoms, but often that is not the source of the symptoms. People with chronic pain would benefit from seeking out practitioners that are able to listen to them and their body, evaluate and treat them holistically and find the true source of the symptoms.
