About Dr. Lisa

I am originally from Fairbanks, Alaska and moved to the lower 48 in 1999 to pursue my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Montana.  After graduating in 2006, I moved to Denver, Colorado.  I worked in outpatient orthopedic clinics around the Denver Metro area as a staff physical therapist, clinic manager, contractor and now I own my own private practice – Solstice Physical Therapy.  I am certified in dry needling, specialize in John F. Barnes Myofascial Release, manual therapy (joint and soft tissue mobilization), customized therapeutic exercise programs and I love helping people to return to their activities and be free of pain!

I am an outdoor girl at heart and feel most at home when I am camping, hiking, skiing and breathing in that fresh mountain air.  Myself and my husband, Cory, are avid travelers and we seek out adventure and cultural experiences around the world.  In August of 2018 we were blessed with our best adventure yet – our baby girl, Emma.  She is the light of our lives and we love experiencing everything through her eyes!
